At Aoyama, we have developed authentic techniques for finishing our rugs to elevate the overall experience of this interior object. We back them using hand—dyed linen, and smooth out corners with custom hardware to ensure longevity and reduce sharpness. In addition, we produce only 12 made-to-order rugs of each design. Such limited—edition philosophy embraces quality in production and allows niche techniques to form.
